SB 488 -- PRIOR SALVAGE TITLED VEHICLES

This bill provides that if an insurance company pays a claim on a
salvage vehicle and the insured is retaining ownership of the
vehicle as prior salvage, the vehicle will not be subject to the
State Highway Patrol's examination in order to obtain a title.
